Steven Bergman, 73, of Cranbury, New Jersey died Wednesday April 9, 2014 at Regency Jewish Rehabilitation Center and Nursing Home. He was the cherished son of Marcus and Lillian (Stein) Bergman. He graduated from DeWitt Clinton High School. He attended The University of Las Vegas and graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering and then went on to graduate with an MS in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Rochester. He worked as a Chief Information Officer.
Steven loved photography, music, and technology. He spent his free time enjoying time with the people he loved and pursuing his interests.
He is survived by his two daughters Melissa Bergman Wood and Stacey Bergman Needleman; his son-in-laws Brian Wood and Jared Needleman, his significant other Joanne Hirsch; his grandchildren Jacob, Haley and Madelyn Needleman, and his ex-wife Lynne Bergman.
A graveside service is being held on Friday April 11, 2014 at 10:30am at Cedar Park Cemetery, 735 Forest Avenue, Paramus (201-262-1100).
