Joy Lane Cuellar (nee Mayo), Born to Eternal Life Feb. 21, 2013 age 73 years. Beloved wife of Manuel Cuellar. Dear mother of Jodi Peters, Jaci (Paul) Delakis and Rob (Dawn) Tolson. Dear step-mother of Loretta, Anthony (Beverly) and Brian Cuellar. Loving grandmother of David (Kelli), Heather (Brian), Tina, Alex, Paul, Melissa, Bob and Brenda. Loving great-grandmother of Kaylyn, Brianna and Jaxon. Fond sister of Judith (William) Kingsbury. Fond sister-in-law of Lupe (Willie) Lopez. Preceded in death by her husband Robert Tolson and her brother Thomas Mayo. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Joy was a member of the Ladies Auxillary VFW Post 1912, Delta Nu Alpha Fraternity, and ABWA (American Business Women's Association). She was a graduate of West Allis Central Class of 1957

Visitation Sunday, Feb. 25, 2-4 pm at the Funeral Home followed by a Memorial Service at 4 pm. Memorials to the American Cancer Society appreciated.
