Diane Elaine Supple

It is with sadness that we announce that Diane Elaine Supple (nee Morse) passed away at her home in Dartmouth, NS on October 25, 2021. As we grew up together, our household constantly rang with Diane’s mischievous giggle. In more recent years, she had been living with a number of health challenges, which were impacting her quality of life. Despite these things, Diane still had her infectious laugh and a keen imagination, which enabled her to see humor in situations which others usually miss.

Diane was predeceased by her husband William Maurice Supple, her father Gordon Morse (New Minas), and her nephew Luke Morse (Berwick, NS).

She is survived by her mother Elaine Morse (Kentville), daughters Jessica Martin (Toronto), Jillian Martin (Alex - Halifax), and Jennine Martin (Matthew - Austin, Texas). Also surviving her are brothers Rick (Janie) of Berwick, David (Ann) of Kentville, nieces Katrina Morse (Hunter River), Kayla Rea (Brickton), and nephew Timothy Morse (Berwick).

Final arrangements are being entrusted to Cruickshank’s Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor St., Halifax. A private family memorial will be arranged at a date yet to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Diane’s memory to Northwood Homecare, who were very attentive to her needs in recent months.
