He made his way through life with resilience and a strong work ethic. A skilled plumber by trade, he wore many hats over his years- always ready to lend a hand.
In his younger days he enjoyed fishing and hunting where memories were created with his kids and grandkids.
Jimmy had a way of attracting wild animals, big or small, and finding stray dogs, cats and birds, which he would nurse back to health or find them a new home.
His sense of humor and his stories always brought laughter and smiles to the faces of his family and friends. Whether you liked it or not he always told you how he thought it was. He was a man with a unique perspective and once he made his mind up, it wasn’t often it changed- much to the frustration of his family.
He enjoyed visiting his local legion, where he found community, camaraderie, and more than a few stories to share.
Jimmy will be remembered for his warmth, quiet strength, love and unwavering generosity.
