Brauch, Barrie Louis, age 81, passed Wednesday July 24, 2024. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to RoseAnn and Louis Brauch on October 20, 1942. Barrie always worked from teenager on, working for the Cincinnati Enquirer for over 30 years from paper boy to printer, was a courier for the PNC banks, loved doing bus trips with his friend Brenda, collected stamps and coins, enjoyed movies but seemed to never remember the actors names, attended Elder High School, loved to follow high school athletics and women’s collegiate basketball, served in the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, James Brauch, Kenneth Brauch.
Barrie is survived by his daughter, Blair Brauch; son, Matthew B.P. Brauch; sister, Judi Kell (Ron); brother, Scott Brauch; many nieces, nephews and very good friend Brenda Baker.
