

Betty Turner, born August 2, 1934 in Busy, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Joseph and Sylvania (Campbell) Williams, went home to be with her Lord on June 24, 2013. Betty married Frank Turner in 1952 in Indiana. She worked as a Nurse’s Aide and Home Health Aide for 35 years. Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Frank Turner; son, Joseph Nelson “Lucky” Turner; daughter, Trish Askew; one grandson; five brothers; five sisters; three great-grandsons; and one great-granddaughter. She is survived by three daughters, Kathy Johnson, Julie Schreck and Nan Leis; three sons, Frank Jr. (Joyce), Richard and Curtis Turner; 25 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was a previous member of New Beginnings Tabernacle Church and the Four Square Pentecostal Church of God on “B” Street. Betty let her light shine for God and loved to witness for the Lord. The family would like to acknowledge Butler County Care Facility and their staff for the excellent care and love shown to Betty in her final years. Funeral Services will be held at 12noon on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South “D” Street, Hamilton with Rev. Phillip Grubb officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the funeral home from 10am until the time of the service. Donations may be made in Betty’s memory to Butler County Care Facility, 1800 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
