Billy Wayne Meade, age 59, of Covington, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at home on January 28, 2019. He was born to the late Thomas and Cinda Tidwell on December 8, 1959 in Covington, Kentucky. Billy is survived by his brother Tim Tidwell; sister Linda Clark; nieces Kelli and Teresa Bowling and Shelly Clark; nephew Richard Clark; brother-in-law Ronnie Bowling and friends Maggie and Squeak. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Rosa Bowling. The family would like to thank Hospice of the Blue Grass for their love and care of Billy.
