Billy H. Spencer, 81, of Hamilton, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Spencer, in 1995. Billy is survived by his sons, Ed (Deborah) Spencer, Sr. and Mick Spencer; grandchildren, Ed (Gina Richter) Spencer, Jr., T. J. (Ashley) Spencer and Kyle (Courtney) Spencer; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Jacob, Gracelynn and Clayton; brothers-in-law, Dan (Linda Thomas) Kolida and Jim Kolida as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was a veteran of the United States Army, where he served during the Korean Conflict. The family would like to thank the staff of Golden Years Nursing Home for their wonderful care of Billy during the last two years. The family will receive friends at the Ivey Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, on Thursday, December 8 from 11am until 1pm with funeral services commencing at 1pm, the Rev. Steve Tufts officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park, Hamilton.
