Derek S Hood., age 47, passed away August 24, 2012 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was survived by his mother Jean and father Lynn, brother Heath (Shea) Hood, sisters Brecka (Mike) Russo and Shamene Hood, nephews Dylan Steele, Jake, Anthony, and Nick Russo and one niece Kira Hood, Grandma Rawlings, many uncles, aunts, and cousins, and his loving dog Scrappy. Derek was a graduate of Fairfield High School and attended Centre College Danville Ky. He dedicated his life to charity work, friends, and family.
