She was born in Isom, Kentucky on December 8, 1952 to Edward and Janice (Stamper) Lumpkins. On July 27, 1968 she married Ralph Prater in Hamilton, Ohio. Donna was employed at Lee Corporation for 42 years. She was a member of the Church of God of the Union Assembly. Donna really enjoyed spending time outside and working in her garden. She is survived by her husband Ralph, daughter Amberly (Vernon) Richardson, sons Gregory (Sarah) Prater, and Rodney Prater; grandchildren Cody, Kelsie, Breanna, Justin, Brady, Skylar, Jarrett, Rylen, and Sydney; sisters Una, Cuba, Judy and brother Edward Wayne; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. She was preceeded in death by her parents.
