Emmett Delaney Stout, age 76 of Hanover Township, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023. Emmett was born on July 11, 1946 in Hamilton, the son of the late George W. and Frances A. (Moore) Stout. He worked as a Mechanic for the Hamilton City School District for many years. Emmett is survived by his sister, Suzie Stout; nieces, Jodie (Jeff) Hartman and Christie (Vishal) Bhomia; great-niece, Elizabeth Hartman; and great-nephews, Levi Smith and Scott Bolinger.
