Evelyn Brenda (nee Johnson) Sanders passed away on June 6, 2012 following a long illness. Brenda, as she was known to friends and family, was born October 13, 1939 in Centertown, Kentucky. Brenda graduated from Centertown High School and Bowling Green Business College, which prepared her for her lifelong career. Brenda married Thomas Sanders, of Cincinnati, in 1960, and the two enjoyed three children and over 50 years of married life together, living in Missouri, Tennessee, Connecticut and Rhode Island before settling in West Chester, Ohio. Known for her sense of humor, boundless energy, and lifelong sense of style, Brenda loved her family, country line dancing and antiques. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Sanders, of West Chester, son William Sanders, of Cincinnati, daughters Suzanne Sanders, of Duluth, MN and Samantha Sanders, of Cincinnati, as well as her brother, Garth Johnson of Beaver Dam, KY and sister, Jane Blue, of Owensboro, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Butler County Care Facility, 1800 Princeton Rd.Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
