Frank was born on August 1, 1928 in Springdale to Rose {Douglas} and Frank Sorter Sr.
He married Wanda M. Brandenburg on March 5, 1949. She passed away on October 12, 2016.
Frank enjoyed golfing, bowling, camping with his children, and watching all sports especially the Reds and the Bengals.
Frank will be deeply missed by his beloved children Kim (Jim) Semones and Renee (John) Plavsic; grandchildren Christi, Keli, Ben, Bryan, Damien, and Casey; great-grandchildren Aiden, Liam, Adelynn, and Oakley; and sister Evelyn Coad.
He was preceded in death by his parents, beloved wife of 67 years, Wanda M. Sorter, his daughters Teresa Grau and Jenn Minter, and his sister Virginia Houze.
Visitation will be held between 9 AM and 10 AM on Friday, September 17, 2021, with the service to follow at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd. Hamilton, OH 45011. Burial will take place at Rose Hill Burial Park at 11 AM with military honors. Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio Valley Hospice, 11590 Century Blvd Ste 110, Cincinnati, OH 45246.
