Gene P. Parsons

Age 85 of Hamilton, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday November 22, 2016. He was born in Harold, Kentucky on May 15, 1931, the son of the late Albert and Lucille (Centers) Parsons. On January 8, 1951, Gene married Christine Belcher and she preceded him in death on May 8, 1997. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a member of the Benjamin Franklin Lodge #719 F&AM where he received his 50 year pin. Gene was an employee for Armco Steel for 33 years retiring in 1997. He was a devoted Christian and loved his family very much. Gene is survived by his daughter Eugenia (Steve) Wyrick; grandson, Eric (Natasha) Wyrick; great grandson, Kayden Wyrick; brother-in-law, Robert (Patti) Belcher; cousins, Phyllis and James Bartley; niece Dr. Maryanne Belcher and nephew Robbie Belcher. Visitation will be held on Friday November 25, 2016 from 6pm to 8pm at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home. Funeral ceremony will be held at 11am on Saturday November 26, 2016 at the funeral home.
