Hollis Roland Dick

Hollis R. Dick, age 88, of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025, at UC Medical Center. Born on November 5, 1936, in Somerset, Kentucky, Hollis was a devoted family man and a hardworking individual who left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He was a retired engraver from Smurfit in Middletown and was known for his dedication to his craft and love for his family. Hollis was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Oscar Dick and Flossie D. (Hines) Dick; his beloved wife of 53 years, Ruth Ann (Eastham) Dick, whom he married on December 10, 1956; grandson Keith Head Jr., and his siblings Ellis Dick, Larry Dick, Marie Abbott, Violet Brooks, and Royal Dick. He is survived by his children, Roland (Jenna) Dick, Douglas (Kathy) Dick, and Sheri Dick; his grandchildren, Adam, Jennifer, and Douglas; and his great-grandchildren, Owen, Aidan, Evan, Regan, Ian, Cody, Caleb, and Darian. He is also survived by his loving sisters Lena Wesley, Margaret Hall, and Jean Baugh, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, followed by a funeral ceremony at 12:00 PM with Pastor Heath Rogers officiating.
