Halsey, Jean H., age 98, passed away Thursday June 15, 2023. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on July 25, 1924 to Eleanora H. and William A. Gorman. Jean loved her family and sewed everything from clothing to seat covers for them, enjoyed dancing, traveling, growing flowers. She was a longtime member of Saint Mary’s Catholic Church parish in Hamilton, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Lewis Weisbrod; second husband, Roy Halsey; sisters, Margaret Brown, Dorothy Kollstedt, Anna Gorman, Clara Gorman; brothers, Robert Gorman, Russel Gorman.
Jean is survived by her daughter, Luellen A. Brown; sons, Victor Weisbrod (Berneda), Herbert W. Weisbrod; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
