Judy was born on October 12, 1942 in Letcher County, KY to Octa and James Spurgeon.
She married William Ernest Moore Sr. on October 9, 1965. He passed away on October 1, 2000.
Judy enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She will be deeply missed by her beloved daughters Donna (Kenny) Blossom and Deanna (Randy) Berling; grandchildren Amy, Austin, and Matthew; great-grandchildren Blake, Maggie, Henry, William, and Josiah; and brothers Wayne (Lillian) Spurgeon and Elisha Spurgeon.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 35 years, William Ernest Moore Sr., son William Ernest Moore Jr., granddaughters Piper Moore and Emily Scott, and three sisters Bertha Fields, Gail Melton, and Marcia Moore.
No services will be held at this time. Rose Hill Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
