L V. Hembree

LV Hembree, 88 of Liberty Twp., passed away Wednesday August 13, 2025. L V was born November 10, 1936 in Pineville, KY to the late Charles and Ethel (Greene) Hembree, also preceding his death are his beloved wife Patsy Lee (Mullins) Hembree in 1981, sisters and brothers-in-law Shirley (Bill) Williams, Betty Ingram, Wilma Jane (Arnold) Benge and nephews Davey Earl Williams and Michael Ray Williams.

LV leaves to cherish his memory companion Ruth Bobo, daughters Jenny (Terry) Yinger, Kim Klett, grandchildren Shelby (Colton Elliott) Yinger, McKenna (Bryce Sadler) Yinger, Savanna Yinger, Katie Pei and Jess Klett, Terry Frey; great-granddaughters Carter Elliott, Lacey and Molly Pei, siblings Jerry (Donna) Hembree, Billie (Sam) Gladden, nieces and nephews Kathy, Jo, Frankie, Tina, Terry.

LV was an Army veteran, he was an electrician and retired from IBEW after 50+ years of service. He enjoyed riding bicycles, and a good laugh. LV was a proud American and supported buying American made products, but most importantly loved his family.

LV’s family will receive friends at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Friday August 22 starting at 11:00 am followed by funeral services at 12:00 pm with Pastor Josh Steele presiding. Following services, LV will be laid to rest in Rose Hill Burial Park.
