A poem for Margaret Brown as written by her granddaughter, in honor on of her life:

""Grandma was a kind and beautiful soul, that everyone could see. But boy oh boy, was she also a little bit ornery! And to hear her tell it, she was solid as a rock back in her day. Built like a brick shit house, is what she'd say.

But Grandma never turned down a piece of Ester Price, and her Christmas fudge was always nice. It's a secret family recipe you know? One she passed down to me from the sacred jar of jett-puffed marshmallow. 

Grandma knew all the answers to Jeopardy, too, and finished crosswords in a snap. She will be remembered as a sweet and fiesty lady, who didn't take any crap. 

Simply put, Margaret Brown was Chantilly lace and a pretty face, who made our worlds go round.

It's time now we say goodbye, but Grandma would not want us to be sad or cry. She is reunited once again with her true love, Charlie Brown, both of whom are now, and always, looking down. We are never really apart, as the love and joy she brought to our lives will live on forever in our hearts.

So in honor of both Grandma and Grandpa Brown, here's one last memory of which we're all so fond, "🖕 And the mule you rode in on..." ❤""

Please accept my since condolences. The loss of a loved one is truly difficult no matter how long they have been in our lives. I would like to share two scriptures that personally helped me to cope with losing someone very dear to me. I hope you find comfort in these words as well. - 1Thessalonians 4:13,14 & Revelation 21:4

My deepest condolences to the Brown family. Margaret displayed such wonderful qualities as love, kindness, and generosity. Her bright and inviting smile will always be remembered in the minds and hearts of those who loved and appreciated her. May you draw comfort from the words found at Revelation 21:4  which states “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
We will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers.

Margaret is survived by her children, Linda Webb, Cheryl Owens, Charles D. Brown, Jr., David Lee Brown, and Douglas Alan Brown; sister, Judy (Tom) Woodbury; 10 grandchildren, Melissa, Rodney (Trecy), Christopher (Rebk), Carrie (Sonny), Sheila (David), Bo (Brandi), Chelsey (Dakota), Diana, Deanna, and Allison (Cody); 7 great grandchildren, Aaron, Austin, Alexis, Alex, Brian, Jonathon, and Brandon; cousin and special friend, Martha White; along with many beloved nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
