WILCOX, Marie, age 96, of Fairfield Township, Ohio, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022. She was born on October 26, 1925 to Fannie and Wilke Lawson. Marie was a great peacekeeper, a great listener and did not judge, every adjective that is positive describes her, she loved making peanut butter fudge, never knew a stranger, loved and welcomed anyone into her family, and she served her Lord and North Fairfield Baptist Church as a faithful servant by singing in the choir and serving over fifty years as the Treasurer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Edward Wilcox; daughter, Tammy S. Blankenship (Donnie); Sue, Chanie, and twelve other siblings.
Marie is survived by her daughters, Kathy M. Storrie (Thomas), Kimberly M. Farmer (Greg); son, Timothy E. Wilcox (Linda); grandchildren, Jim, Mike, Aaron, Jackie, Jen, Kristen, Bryce; great-grandchildren, Danielle, Timothy, Connor, Trevor, Emily, Joel, Kyran, Leland, Ainslee; four great-great-grandchildren. She will be loved and cherished by a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be at the North Fairfield Baptist Church, 6853 Gilmore Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, Tuesday, August 23, 2022 from 11:00 am until Funeral Services at noon. Pastor Mark Wilson and Rev. Matthew Brown officiating.
