Melissa Jo McCracken, age 56 of Hamilton, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021. She was born on April 14, 1964 in Cleveland, the daughter of Joseph Kovach and the late Barbara Bedilion. Melissa graduated from Ohio University with her Bachelor’s degree, and then later continued on at Ohio University, earning her Master’s degree. She worked in Healthcare Administration, most recently as the Director of HR at Mercy Health. Melissa is survived by her children, Matthew McCracken and Bailey McCracken; husband, Craig McCracken; and siblings, Mark Kovach and Lisa Freeman. She was preceded in death by her mother; and sister, Catherine Woskobnick. The family would like to extend special thanks to her mother-in-law, Sharon McCracken, for all of her support over the past few years. No Services are being held at this time.
