Age 92 of Hamilton, passed away at Westover Retirement Community on Thursday, August 21, 2014. He was born in Jackson, Kentucky on August 29, 1921 the son of Arthur and Laura (Rowland) Oaks. Paul was an Army veteran of WW II serving from 1942 to 1945. He was a long time employee of Fisher Body retiring in 1980. Paul was a member of Ben Franklin Lodge #719 F&AM and the High Twelve Club. He was also a member of Senior Citizens golf and bowling leagues. He is survived by a niece, Audrey (Glenn Rudicil) Burnett; and a nephew, Jack (Vicky) Oaks. He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Florence Bond, Water Oaks, Eleanor Chapman, Edgar Oaks, Rose Oaks, and twin James Oaks.
