Ricki Lynn Miles Sr.

He was born on November 2, 1952, in Hamilton, to the late Ralph and Cora {Blair} Miles. On April 18, 1972, he married Diana Tharp in Hamilton. Ricki was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He worked at AK Steel for 30 years, before retiring in 2006. In his spare time, Ricki enjoyed fishing and playing guitar. He loved spending time with his family. Ricki is survived by his wife, Diana, of 47 years; Andrea Bussell (Spencer) of Ormond Beach, FL, Leslie Isom (Jimmy) of Hamilton, Ricki Miles Jr. of Hamilton, Matthew Miles of Eaton; many grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two sisters Sandra and Debbie; and his best friend Rick Sims. He was preceded in death by his siblings Brent, Ronnie, and Linda, and daughter Taylor. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from 12:30pm until 1:30pm at the Rose Hill Funeral Home, with a graveside service to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Animal Friends Humane Society 1820 Princeton Road Hamilton, OH 45011.
