Ronald L. Lynn

Ronald (Ron) Lee Lynn of Fairfield, OH passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017 at the age of 73. Ron was born in Covington, KY on May 27, 1943, the oldest son of the late Marvin and Dorothy Wright Lynn. He was also preceded in death by his son Brian Lynn. He is survived by his children Marc Lynn (Yvette) of Zionsville, IN, Rhonda Kondoudis (Mike) of Nokesville, VA, Patrick Lynn of Fairfield, OH, Melanie Thompson (Ralph) of Lincoln, NE, and Kate Clark of Cleveland, OH; Sisters and brothers in-law Pat and Dale Reed of Oxford, OH, Kathi and Eddie Hassler of Fairfield, OH, and brother Rick Lynn of Fairfield, OH and 11 grandchildren. Ron attended Fairfield High School. He worked as an insurance and benefits rep., and tow motor repairman for Fisher Body, in Hamilton for 23 years. He loved working on cars. He volunteered coaching youth baseball for Fairfield Little League and Babe Ruth for several years. He was affectionately known as "Teddy Bear" by all who knew him at Waterworks Park. The funeral service will be held at 12 pm Monday, March 27, 2017 at Ivey Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, OH 45011. Visitation will be held from 10am-12pm at Ivey Funeral Home.
