Ruth D Billings

Billings, Ruth D., age 68, of Fairfield Township Ohio and formally from Johnson City, New York passed away peacefully surrounded by family and love on November 26th, 2024. Ruth was born in Germany to Mirdza and Peteris Abele.

Ruth Loved her family and friends, and people in general. She worked as a long-time legal secretary while she resided in upstate New York until 2009 when she retired and moved to Cincinnati Ohio with her husband. Ruth enjoyed cooking, wine, and sharing her love for food with others. She was an animal lover and truly enjoyed helping those in need. Ruth shared a very special bond with her only grandchild, whom she absolutely adored.

She is predeceased by her parents as well as her beloved nephew, David Billings.

Ruth is survived by Dennis M. Billings, her husband of 47 years but love of 55 years; daughters Suzanne Billings Sigler, Samantha Billings; son Michael Billings (Jason); grandson Austin Sigler; sister Ramona Shuba (Paul). Her bright light will shine on, cherished by a host of family and friends.
