Wanda Marie Ledford Creech

Our Angel, Wanda Marie Creech, age 55, of Hamilton, passed away at her residence on Saturday, September 10, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Hamilton on August 21, 1956, the daughter of the late Ballard William Ledford, Sr. and Bonnie Jo Ann (Smith) Ledford Frazier. Wanda graduated with the Garfield High School Class of 1974. In Hamilton, on November 9, 1974, Wanda married Rick Creech. She was a beautician for 15 years and in later years worked in accounting at Medco Health. Wanda is survived by her husband of over 36 years, Rick Creech; three children, Tressa Creech, Jennifer (Matthew) Lahmann and Aarron Creech and his friend Petra; five grandchildren, Leann Creech, Jeffrey Rotsart, Sebastian Blanton, Allina Alexekis and Draedon Lahmann; sisters and brothers, Linda (Bo) Hibbard, Carol (Mike) Fowler, Gary Ledford, Debbie (Rick) Maher, James (Debbie) Ledford, Michael (Rebecca) Ledford, Becky (Robert) Reed and Chris Ledford; sisters-in-law, Cindy Ledford and Angie Ledford; many nieces, nephews and cousins; special father-in-law, Everett Creech; and special friends, Joe and Michelle. Wanda was also preceded in death by three brothers, Ronnie Ledford, Ballard W. Ledford, Jr., and John Ledford; and mother-in-law, Ruby Creech. Funeral services will be held at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South “D” Street, Hamilton, at 10am on Thursday, September 15, 2011, with Pastor Elby Harrison officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 5-8pm at the funeral home.
