Agnes Mary Bruttocao

Agnes was re-united with her loving husband Lawrence on Monday, May 12th 2025 at the age of 102. Daughter to Anna and Frank Chalupa and sister to Tony and Mary. Loving mother to daughter, Elaine and predeceased son, Lawrence Junior. Adored by her grandchildren Tyson (Nancy) and Alycia (Paul). Great grandmother to Alexa, Jake and Sam.

Agnes was a nurturer. Known to all as “Mama”. She showed unwavering dedication and love to her family, was an amazing cook, artist and gardener. She was tenacious, strong, wise and thoughtful. Her family looked up to her; it was a privilege to know her. She was known for her work ethic; she was artistic and had a passion to create and grow things.. anything she touched would grow and flourish. We will all remember her doing chores diligently around the farm, driving tractor, having lunches in the field and making great dinners. She will be dearly missed by her family and we will treasured these memories always.

Arrangements entrusted to Markey Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street E., Hamilton. A private family graveside service has taken place, where Agnes was laid to rest alongside her beloved husband.
