

Peacefully surrounded by his family on March 27, 2024 in his 94th year. Predeceased by his loving wife Sheila, son David and granddaughter Sarah. Dear father of Susan (Bob), Glen (Linda), Tony (Debbie), Mary (Robert), Ron (Lisa), Carolyn (Tom) and Shelly (Brian). Loving papa of 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Survived by his sister Esther.
Albert was the 4th of 6 children and grew up on a farm in St. Lina Alberta. As a young man he joined the airforce and moved to Ontario. There he met his loving wife Sheila and together they raised 8 children. He worked in the auto industry for most of his life and was the parts manager at Queenston Motors until his retirement in 1996. Special thank you to the staff on the behavioral unit at St. Peter's Hospital for taking such wonderful care of our dad.
Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Tuesday, April 2nd from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, April 3rd at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Cremation to follow. For those unable to attend, the service will be livestreamed and can be viewed by visiting the funeral home website.
