Bradley (Brad) Wayne Smith passed away Friday, June 29, 2018 in Hamilton, Ontario. Born August 21, 1964, Brad’s life ended too young. He is predeceased by his father Ken Smith and survived by his mother Doreen Smith and his brothers Larry and Randy. On Monday July 9, 2018 from 7pm to 9pm a Memorial will be held where he will be remembered by his daughters Samantha and Sarah and his granddaughter Emily. As well, his nieces and nephews, Devin, Ryan, Michael and Danielle ( Marilyn Smith), Jacquelyn and Cameron (Wendy Smith). Remembrance will take place at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East.
