Passed away after an unexpected illness at the Hamilton General Hospital on Sunday, September 9, 2012 at the age of 39. Loving soulmate of Honoré Galimberti. Devoted and awesome mother of Claire Munn. Beloved daughter of Sandra Munn (Chuck Tanaka) and Cameron Munn (Maureen Munn). Cherished sister to Deborah Munn (Paul Tetley). She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. A special thank you to the staff at the Hamilton General Hospital, especially Dr. Wells and the ICU staff. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Carol’s life will be held at the Marlatt Funeral Home, 615 Main Street East (east of Sanford), Hamilton, on Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 2 – 4 p.m. Donations in her memory may be made to the Hamilton General Hospital-Neurology and Spinal Cord Fund.
