Dan was a very good friend who would do anything for you. He will be missed. My condolences to the family

Worked with Dan over the years at Lumsden Bros. Always talked hockey over coffees. My condolences to the family.

Although it has been many years since We've seen each other my teenage memories will always be peppered with your sense of humour. The most memorable was when I tagged along on a work picnic party at bigamens with your family and you fed the seagulls cigarette butts, noting how dumb they were coming back for second and thirds! The many dinners I stayed for, the hockey trips out of town, the sleepovers Tonya and I had giggling and keeping the house awake; I was always welcomed with open arms and will always remember your light and spirit. Rest peacefully.

My little brother... I will always remember you in my heart , the memories of growing up like the day we were playing baseball and u were the back catcher... My turn at bat and missing the ball and getting u in the forehead ... It was so scary then but how many laughs we had over that incident over the years.  I remember babysitting u and u  being one of the most behaved out of the other 7 kids.  Your stops when u out working in the truck to visit Denny.  In my heart little brother forever.

I knew you for my entire life. Not much of a talker but you always welcomed me into your home, hell I practically lived there during my child years Tiffany and I would go back and forth between houses daily . You will be severely missed one of the strongest men I will ever know . Sending lots of love to your family and may you finally be at peace xoxo ❤❤❤

You were our neighbor for 21 years . Our children grew up together   , you  were always kind to us. If ever we needed anything you and Judy were there . A tool that Jimmy needed, or just a friendly chat . I will always remember our talks as we were on our back porches. You were one of a kind . Loud and funny ! Since you had become sick I missed hearing you out back , working away on your cars. Talking to your beloved kitties. Your bday party last year was great . Seeing you outside , enjoying family and friends . Thank you Dan for being a wonderful neighbor and friend for 21 years!  May you walk amongst the angels and be a shining light for all that loved you . Xoxo

I love you and miss you so much. I wish you could have been free of pain and still here with us.  Thank you for working so hard so that we never went without. Thank you for teaching me the value of a dollar. Thank you for being at all my hockey games and always being my biggest fan. Thanks for helping me survive 1st year university. I would've never finished without your support and wise words. I miss your goofy jokes and your singing/dancing in the car on the way to hockey. 


Seth said he misses you in his heart and that you were the only person who could scare his hiccups away.
