Denise Dean

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our much loved Denise on Wednesday, April 6, 2011. Predeceased by her husband Eddie Finter (1963), husband Ronald Dean (1985) and her father Edward Morton (1969). Cherished daughter of Helen Wood. She will be greatly missed by her sisters Marilyn (Dave) and Susan (Barry) brother Michael “Morty”, sister-in-law Peggy (Paul), brothers-in-law Gord (Lynda) and Jimmy (Andrea). She was the beloved “Aunt Neisy” to her nieces and nephews Melissa, Marc, Paula, Alicia, Christine, Ellen, Sarah, Rodney, and Carly as well as her great-nieces and nephews. Denise was a lifetime member of Sacred Heart Parish. She enjoyed travelling and watching her Blue Jays always with a coke in hand. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Kapoor, the staff of the Juravinski Centre, and the Upper Gage Pharmacy, as well as the dedicated and compassionate staff at Emmanuel House whose support enabled Denise to spend her final days in love, comfort, and peace. Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME,322 Fennell Ave. E, on Sunday April 10th from 2-4 and 7-9p.m.with the Vigil Prayer at 8p.m. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 19 Viewpoint Ave. on Monday at 10a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery.
