Born November 11th 1955, Doug passed away peacefully at home in his 60th year. Beloved husband of Joanne Bell, proud father of Chris (Brea) and Kyle (Mallory). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Tyler, Justine and Josh. Doug loved to spend his time fishing, hunting and camping with his family and many friends. He was an employee of the City of Hamilton for over 30 years. He will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humour. In lieu of flowers the family will be collecting donations to be given to the Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Care Foundation in Doug's name. A celebration of life will be planned in the near future, family and friends will be notified of the event at a later date
