My sincere condolences to the Lowrey family on the passing of Ted.
 It was always a pleasure to talk to him at the museum. Ted's Letters to Geroge Street and his Flightlines articles were heartfelt and sincere- just like him.  I'll always be grateful for the encouragement he gave me in my role at the museum. Ted will be sadly missed.

I was so sorry to hear of Ted's passing. Ted and I got to know each other quite well over the years at CWH. He was a wonderful source for all things aircraft and as one of the first Lancaster hosts. I depended on his advice and guidance many times over the years. His pride in his family was obvious when you asked him how things were going. I have missed his sense of humour but count myself lucky to have known him. Rest well my friend - Laura

We were so sorry to hear of the loss of Ted.  He was such an incredible, loyal and supportive friend to our father/husband Rich. Ted was always there to visit him to reminisce about the old days, and share laughs about their many adventures they had together.  We also have many lovely memories of time spent in Honey Harbour.

My heartfelt condolences to Val and family.  I knew Ted from Melrose United Church and we had many interesting talks.  I looked forward to Remembrance Day as Ted shared letters from his parents during the war when his father was overseas.  A real gentleman and he will be missed.
