
Born October 14, 1923. Passed away
suddenly at his home on October 2,
2013. A loving and attentive
husband, he is survived by his wife
Wanda, his cherished spouse and
constant companion. Predeceased
by all his siblings Nellie (Dittrich).
Rose (Shibish), Helen (Vacola), Kay
(Guidotti) Veronica (Golling) and
Stanley Jacobs. Frank served with
the Canadian Army during WWII in
England and Europe and later
retired out of Slater Steel in
Hamilton. He was also a regular
and long time member of St.
Eugene's Roman Catholic Church in
Hamilton. He will be remembered
affectionately by friends and many
nieces and nephews, particularly
by his beloved Godchild Tessa
Geminiuc living in California. A
special and sincere thanks to the
other Geminiuc girls Tia and Mimi,
for their tireless and continuing
assistance through this difficult
period. Visitation will be held at
the MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL
HOME, 1774 King St. East (at
Kenilworth Ave. South) on Tuesday
October 8th from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at
St. Eugene's Church located at the
corner of Parkdale Ave S. and
Queenston Rd. Hamilton at 11 a.m.
This will be followed by interment
at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, located
on Plains Rd., Burlington. If desired,
as expressions of sympathy, donations
to the Alzheimer Society would be
appreciated.
