Fred peacefully passed away with family by his side on February 13th, 2014 in his 65th year. Loving son of Leona and the late Chester Sloss. Beloved husband of Sharon for 16 years. Much loved and devoted father of Sarah Williamson (Michael), Matthew Sloss (Joanne) and Patrick Cherneski. Proud papa of Aidan, Avery and Sadie and "grandpa Fred" to James. Dear brother of Corrinne, Merv, Carl, Valerie (Pat) and Nancy (Frank). He will be dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews and close friends.
His family will receive friends at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A service to celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday, February 19th, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the chapel followed by interment in Mt. Hamilton Cemetery. Donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family.
