It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Glenn at the age of 59. Loving father of Michael and Miranda (Chris). Cherished grandpa of Alivia. He will be dearly missed by his siblings Irene, Marilyn (Randy) and Dale. He is predeceased by his parents Michael and Hilda. He will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, cousins, extended family and friends.
Longtime employee of Daifuku Manufacturing Canada for 30 years. He was recognized as a highly skilled fabricator (welder fitter) and was very passionate about his work.
Family meant everything to him and he always put others needs before his own. He had a wicked sense of humour, was a great storyteller and always had something to talk about. Glenn was a huge classic rock fan and could always be found listening to Y108. He had a love for animals and will be missed by his cat Jersey. The door was always open for anyone who he knew and loved. Forever in our hearts. Until we meet again.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Markey Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East, Hamilton, on Saturday, February 21 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.
