Peacefully at home with his family, on January 10, 2015, in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Evelyn (Vanwallingham). Loving father of Lori and her husband Brian, and daughter Linda. Proud grandpa of Caitlin. Brother of Phil. Step-father of George Sharples Jr., and the late Priscilla Sharples. Lovingly remembered by many other family and friends. Gordon retired from Dofasco with over 40 years service. Cremation has taken place. At the family's request, there will be no service.
