R.i.p Mr.gordan skinner 
Rest in peace .we are sadden to hear the passing of Mr.skinner .
Mr.Skinner was a well respected man .
He used to come and get his haircut from us at professional hairsalon .
I also remember him on a big poster at ymca ,he was always going there for a swim .that's what kept him fit he Said
What a joker he was and kind sole 
Story teller of War. Let's we forget .

Gord impacted the lives of many street invovled and homeless youth through his commitment and support to the Youth who attend Good Shepehrd Notre Dame school. Gord was an incredible influence and we cherish his love and example. We treasure is keen interest and impact on the youth and ourselves and will always remember his coming for remembrance day events, coming to the Graduations his guidance at the Y and all his kindnesses, He is missed. I remember with fondness Gord's stories and chats at the Consistory.  He rarely missed an opportunity to ask me how my "fastball team" was doing and he always shared a story or a new joke!  

He was a special person, a true gentleman and the ideal of a mason!

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.  Gord was like a grandfather to me and I will miss him dearly.  I will always treasure my memories of him and hold him in my heart forever.

May you be comforted by the love and support of family and friends.  We will always have memories of a wonderful man who lived his life to the fullest.  You could always count on Gord for a new joke and a laugh. He was one of a kind.

To the Skinner Family my deepest and warmest thoughts and prayers are with you at  this time of loss.
Mr. Skinner was a large  and precious part of my childhood. I began to get glasses at age five and he was so friendly and warm. It always seemed like we were coming to visit an old friend when I was coming to get new glasses. I haven't lived in Hamilton for years now but everytime I get new glasses I still think of Mr. Skinner. Thankyou for you service.

Uncle Gordon will forever be etched in my memory as a person who lead by example and was a respected leader in the Hamilton business and church community. A man who defied the odds, raised an incredible family, stayed in touch with his friends from early childhood and who ultimately was the reason our father George reconnected with his family in Hamilton - a long way from Hollywood, CA. 

This is a time to celebrate his spirit, strength and dedication to his children and grandchildren and his country and community -- all hallmarks of a great man. Not to mention his extraordinary wit, hijinks, affinity with the ladies and prowess in weight lifting!  As we say in Hawaii, 'aloha' - to a man who I've admired for his strength in the face of life's challenges and his amazing ability to fill the room with a gracious demeanor, often prompting raucus laughter from his wonderful jokes and that rare genteel quality that are attributes of a man's man, and an angel of the highest order.  I will miss our talks, Earl of Muldoon. Your legacy lives on in all of us....Fond aloha, til we meet again, Georja and Teresa Skinner. skinnerprods@aol.com
