BAUGERS, Imants Born in Latvia, January 6, 1922. Peacefully, with wife Erna by his side, Imants entered into eternal rest April 10, 2014. Predeceased by his sister Benita in Latvia. This past year on Christmas Eve, Imants and Erna celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary. Imants was a long time employee of Hamilton Motor Products where he worked with dedication for 36 years. To the end, he was proud of his Latvian heritage. He generously supported his family in Latvia and many organizations in Hamilton. His greatest joy was working with various motors and tools. Many Hamiltonians will recall Imants' skill in repairing their vehicles. Imants was always smiling and full of good humour. Funeral service to be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue East, on Monday, April 14, 2014 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow. If desired donations to the Christ Ev. Lut. Latvian Church.
