It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ivanka Grgic at the age of 62. She was surrounded by her family and loved ones. She is predeceased by her parents Nikola and Marija Maric. Beloved wife of Jozo for 37 wonderful years. Loving mother of Avadawn (Mal) and Mark Anthony. Cherished Baba of Arlo and Amara. She will be dearly missed by her sisters Ana Durlov and Vera Maric and her nieces Nata, Diti, Mare (predeceased) and nephews Kote and Saphir. Her energy will be greatly missed by her extended family and her many friends.
Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Wednesday February 14 from 4-8pm with Vigil Prayers at 4pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Catholic Church, 1883 King Street East, Hamilton on Thursday February 15 at 11am. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
