Predeceased by her husband Fred Forbes and four children. Survived by sister Audrey Daly and eleven children, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Visitation for Jean will take place at TRUSCOTT, BROWN & DWYER FUNERAL CHAPEL 1309 King Street East (at the Delta, opposite Gage Park) 905-549-2417 on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Jean's life will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Lung Association, Diabetes Foundation or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
