Jessie Whittington

On December 25, 2014 at Brucelea Haven Long Term Care, Walkerton, ON, passed away peacefully in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Clifford Whittington. Cherished Mother of Grace Anne and husband Bill Wilson of Kincardine. Dearly loved Grandma of Craig Wilson (Becca) of Tara and Jenna Wilson (Craig Bell) of Kincardine. Nanny to beloved great grandson Connor Wilson. Survived by cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Alex and Jean Reid, sisters Anne Hill, Jean Cowdery, sister-in-law Dorothy Smith and brothers-in-law Jack Smith, Bob Hill and Don Cowdery. Devoted and faithful member of St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church for over 60 years serving as Sunday School teacher, Choir member, President of the Home Circle, President of the Hamilton WMS and Elder at St. Paul’s. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church, Hamilton on Friday, January 2, 2015 from 11 a.m. until time of service at 12 noon.
