Jett James William Snowdy passed away peacefully on October 15, 2024. His last days were surrounded by love and support after a courageous battle making him a heart warrior. Jett will be forever admired for his strength, courage and determination to live. In his 11 weeks with us he truly taught us everything we know about how precious life truly is. Jett is the son of Haley Snowdy and Jeffery Lariviere, the sweet brother to his older siblings Scarlett and Violett and his predeceased twin brother Nate. He was loved by so many people that if love were enough he would have lived forever. He is survived by his Meme and Poppy, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. We want to express our gratitude to uncle Cam, Meme and Poppy for going above and beyond taking care of Scarlett and Violett so that Mama and Daddy were able to spend every moment possible with Jett. We want to thank the staff at the Cardiac critical Care Unit at The Hospital for Sick Children. Your dedication to excellent care does not go unnoticed and we are forever grateful for the extraordinary care you gave our precious boy.
