Jocelyn was a devoted and loving wife to her beloved husband, Conrado Rubiano. Their life together was built on love, partnership, and unwavering support. She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings and their spouses Eddie (deceased) & Aida, Edelyn & Teodulo, Gina & Rodrigo, Jhun (deceased) & Maribeth, Edwin & Arcely, Armando & Alona and Mary Jane & Therry. She will also be fondly remembered by her brothers- and sisters-in-law Flora, Lucena, Jimmy & Tessie, Ferdie & Marita and Benny & Che.
As the first grandchild on her mother’s side, Jocelyn held a special place in the hearts of her many cousins, who will miss her deeply. She found great joy in traveling and especially treasured the time she spent in the Philippines, a place that always felt close to her heart. Whether exploring new places or simply being surrounded by loved ones, she embraced every moment with warmth and gratitude. Jocelyn had a remarkable gift for nurturing not only people, but also plants. Her balcony garden flourished under her care, producing an abundance of fruits and vegetables. Tending to her garden brought her peace and happiness, a reflection of the gentle and caring spirit she carried throughout her life.
Family meant everything to Jocelyn. She was a constant source of encouragement and strength to her siblings, nieces, and nephews. No matter the occasion — a celebration, a milestone, or a time of need — she was always there, ready to offer support in whatever way she could. Her presence was steady, her love unconditional. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the doctors and nurses at St. Peter’s for their care, compassion, and kindness during her final months. Their support brought comfort and strength during an incredibly difficult time.
Visitation will be held at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the chapel at 1:30 p.m., with cremation to take place thereafter.
Jocelyn’s love, generosity, and quiet strength will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be missed beyond words and remembered always.
