John passed away at the Hamilton General Hospital due to complications from heart surgery at the age of 75. John was born in Paisley Scotland. Predeceased by his wife Bessie Little (January 2012). Father to John (Melinda Munro), James (Kimberly) and Thomas. Papa to Katelynne, Lauren, Victoria, Devin, Dylan and John. Survived by his sister Sadie Nesson (of Foxbar, Scotland). Our family would like to extend a sincere thanks to Daryl (Lynn) as well as Josh (Jenni) for taking care of Dad over the past year. John was a longtime member of the Masonic Lodge, The Knights Templar and was passionate about Robbie Burns. Visitation will be held at TRUSCOTT, BROWN & DWYER FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1309 King Street East (at the Delta, opposite Gage Park) 905-549-2417 on Sunday, November 18, 2012 beginning with visitation at 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. when there will be a Service in the chapel.
