Larry Di Censo

After a courageous battle with cancer, Larry passed away at home with his wife and daughter by his side. Beloved husband of Lucille (nee Riga) and cherished father of Marisa Di Censo and her husband Jerry Jeffrey. Devoted son of Adelina and the late Pasquale Di Censo, and son-in-law of Armelina and the late Fiori Riga. Loving brother and brother-in-law of Neli and Fab Angelici, and Patti and Bob Chambers; and brother-in-law of Lori and Jim Skinner. Larry will be missed by his nieces, nephews and cousins here, in the US, in Italy, and abroad; and by his buddies with whom he shared many good times. Larry retired from Stelco in 1995. He was a proud member of the Canadian Orpheus Male Choir. Larry had a zest for life - he loved to travel and had many friends across the globe. Special thanks to the VON nurses for their gentle care. Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME 322 Fennell Avenue East on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 8:45 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 11 a.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
