Leslie Joseph Kucha

Beloved husband to Margaret of 69 years. Loving father of Diane Cairns (Ian) and Caroline Lack (Wayne). Predeceased by his parents Steve and Mary Kucha. Adored grandfather to Christopher Petis (Ashley), Lyndsay Lew (Jordan), Dianna Abdilla (Heston), Anthony Colalillo (Kristin) and great-grandfather to Julia Petis, Alex Petis and Carter Lew. Leslie will be fondly remembered by his many neighbors and dear friends. He worked at Stelco as a Supervising Foreman in the Machine Shop for over 30 years. Leslie found great joy in spending quality time with his family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. R. Foley, Dr. F. Caronza and Dr. S. Schulman. We invite family and friends to celebrate his remarkable life at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King St. East (at Kenilworth) for Visitation on Monday, August 12, 2024 from 3pm-8pm. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 10am. Funeral Service will be officiated by Father Charlie Galea. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Burlington. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in Leslie's memory.
