It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved wife and mother at the Juravinski Hospital on Friday August 22nd, in her 77th year. Beloved wife of Gordon for 57 years. Loving mother of Brenda(Bob), Lori (deceased), and Jeffrey(Anita). Cherished Nana to Shannon, Jordan, Spencer, Dayanaira, Rachel, Grant and "GG" to Skylar. Lil will be sadly missed by her brother Ben(Vivian), family and friends. Special thanks to the Hamilton General, Juravinski Rehab and CCU unit staff for their exceptional care. Visitation at Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Thursday August 28th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral Service will be held in Chapel on Friday, August 29 2014 at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
