Peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Hamilton General Hospital on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 in her 85th year. Predeceased by her husband John, and her son Thomas. Mother of Mary Porsius. Loving grandmother of Jackie (Charlie), Leah (Mark), Krista (Joe), Shawn, Allan (Pam), Jeff (Maisie). She will also be missed by her great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Shirley Green (Bob), aunt of Michael and Don. Thank you to the doctors and nurses at the Hamilton General Hospital for their care. Visitation will be held at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 615 Main Street East (east of Sanford) on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Marlatt Funeral Chapel on Monday March 16, 2009 at 11 a.m. Interment White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
